Maintenance Plans

Terms & Conditions

Maintenance plans are offered in one-year (1), three-year (3), and five-year (5) contract terms, depending on the plan selected.

The selected contract term begins on the service start date and continues for the full term unless terminated in accordance with these terms.

Payment Options

Prepaid (Lump-Sum Contracts)

  • Prepaid contracts require payment of the full contract amount in a single lump sum at the time of enrollment.
  • Prepaid contracts may include discounted pricing.
  • All prepaid amounts are non-refundable once services begin, except as required by law.

Monthly Billing

  • Monthly billing is available for all plans unless otherwise stated.
  • Monthly rates may differ from prepaid contract rates.
  • Monthly payments are billed in advance.
  • Monthly plans are not eligible for multi-year or prepayment discounts.

Cancellations & Early Termination

Prepaid Contracts

  • Prepaid contracts may not be canceled for a refund once the contract term has begun.
  • Early termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for the full contract term.

Monthly Billing

  • Monthly plans may be canceled with 30 days’ notice.
  • Services will continue through the end of the final paid billing period.
  • Any outstanding balances must be paid prior to termination.

Service Scope

Maintenance services are limited to the scope of the selected plan. Services outside the plan scope may require additional fees or a separate agreement.

Maintenance services do not guarantee prevention of all failures, outages, or issues.

Service Suspension

Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of services until the account is brought current.

Auto-Renewal

Unless otherwise stated, contracts automatically renew at the end of the term on a month-to-month basis at the then-current standard monthly rate. Clients may opt out of renewal by providing notice prior to the renewal date.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability related to maintenance services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding twelve (12) months.

Agreement Acceptance

By enrolling in a maintenance plan, the client agrees to be bound by these terms.
